What is Civi-Fit?
Hey, I’m Stephen. After spending over 15 years in the military and combining that experience with 20+ years of serious physical training, I realized I had a clear goal: helping people smash their personal goals. Along the way, I’ve been lucky enough to train with some amazing professional coaches, picking up tips, tricks, and strategies that have shaped how I work today. Now, I’m all about guiding and supporting those who are ready to push boundaries, step out of their comfort zones, and grow into the best versions of themselves.
Let’s be real—life moves fast, and most people aren’t moving enough to keep up. We’re built to move, plain and simple. It’s what keeps us healthy, happy, and mentally sharp.
